BrideQ operates a zero-tolerance policy against fraud, fake profiles, and financial exploitation. This page explains how we protect you — and what we expect in return.
Every profile on BrideQ is reviewed by a human being before going live. No exceptions. We operate an invite-only platform because meaningful connections require real people. Despite these measures, no platform is immune to bad actors — this policy explains our multi-layered approach to fraud prevention.
Every new profile is reviewed by a trained human moderator before becoming visible. We verify photo authenticity, check for inconsistencies, and assess intent. Profiles that fail review are rejected without notification.
Our AI layer continuously monitors for suspicious patterns — unusual messaging behaviour, scam-script language patterns, duplicate content across accounts. Flagged accounts are automatically queued for human review.
Female profiles undergo facial verification, cross-referencing against known fraudulent image databases, and in selected cases, identity document review.
Accounts are monitored throughout their lifetime — not just at registration. Suspicious communication patterns, sudden behaviour changes, and member reports all trigger additional review.
Report buttons are on every profile page and conversation thread. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Reports indicating imminent financial risk are escalated as high priority. Direct contact: safety@brideq.com
