These Terms govern your access to and use of BrideQ. By registering or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing BrideQ, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and B.Q. Technology Ltd (Nicosia, Cyprus).
You may use BrideQ only if you are: (a) at least 18 years of age; (b) legally capable of entering a binding contract; (c) not prohibited by applicable law; (d) seeking genuine personal connections; (e) not previously banned from BrideQ.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Report unauthorised access to security@brideq.com immediately.
You agree to: interact honestly and respectfully; provide accurate profile information; use the Platform only for genuine personal connections; comply with all applicable laws; respect other members' privacy; report suspicious behaviour.
Zero Tolerance: Financial exploitation or fraud results in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.
All profiles are manually reviewed before going live. Profile photos and information must be genuine and belong to the account holder. Fraudulent profiles are permanently removed without notice or refund. Report suspected fraud to safety@brideq.com.
Credits are virtual currency used for Platform features. All purchases are final and PCI DSS compliant. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not expire while your account is active. Promotional credits may have separate terms.
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once used. See our full Refund Policy for circumstances where refunds may apply.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for: Terms violations; false information; prohibited conduct; fraud; law enforcement requests; 24-month inactivity. You may close your account at any time via support.
All BrideQ content is owned by or licensed to B.Q. Technology Ltd. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform. You retain ownership and may remove content by closing your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrideQ's total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for other members' conduct, though we moderate actively. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nicosia courts, unless mandatory local jurisdiction applies.
We notify you of material changes by email or Platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
